According to Techdirt there’s a slight chance that the RIAA might get fined for bundling filesharing cases. Article here.
Let’s hope that the Judges have the power to make the RIAA sit up and take notice that it’s legal tactics aren’t acceptable uses of government enforcement power to enforce what should be a civil matter.
