I went slower today, and can read the Dove wrapper. This is my motto. If you can’t get out of bed and do this, then why bother getting up?

Okay, I will admit it. I am an emotional eater. I didn’t share yesterday’s Dove message . I tore into the wrapper so quickly I couldn’t read it. I shoved the whole piece in my mouth. I chewed it quickly so the full dark chocolate flavor would flood my senses.
