I’ve just started getting the RSS feed from Leadership Turn and reading about some of the “little” things that help to make a good leader or manager or anyone in a responsible role.
Today Miki Saxon posted about Inside CRM’s The Manager’s Cheat Sheet: 101 Common-Sense Rules for Leaders. As Miki says a few edits and you could make these “rules” apply to just about anyone.
Anyway, I thought I would share as the ideas are kinda useful and I hope to start apply a few here and there at work and in my Lodge activities.
