Luke says Moo!

My life and the world as I see it. It’ll mostly be a place for me to gripe and friends to keep up with me.

Fever

by @ 10:03 pm on February 27, 2007.

No it’s not Saturday Night Fever. Though that might be better. I have a slight fever which is annoying.

I went to bed last night with a temp of about 100.1 (D) F. And woke up with a normal temp and was feeling just fine minus a little stiffness in my back and neck. I figure I just slept funny. But I didn’t have a fever and I wasn’t sick. Therefore off to work I go.

Work comes and goes. I do stuff, I get bored, I go pee, I do something else, I go to afternoon meetings. Then work is over. Yay!

I run to the dry cleaner to get some stuff. Then to the BMV to get my license plate for the new Mini Cooper. (Pictures to be coming as soon as it’s warm enough for me to get it cleaned and for enough light to be out during the day for it to be helpful.) And I spend an hour and 9 minutes there getting my plate. I think I spent about 10 minutes with the teller to get it taken care of. Fun, fun, fun. Anyway, I got my new FreeMason plate. So I’m all spiffy with a square and compass on my plate. Yay!

Then I run over to KFC to get a famous bowl and some chicken strips. Got that. Came home and put my plate on. Next thing ya know I’m sitting here with the chills. And suddenly I think,Hm, that’s not good.” So on my way to take a poo, I grab the thermometer and take my temperature (in my mouth, I know what you were thinking). Turns out I’ve warmed up to 99.3ish (D) F. Ugh, at least I haven’t broken 100.

Now I’m gonna pop a few Tylenol and go to bed. Talk at you later!

FC at Prospect 714 tomorrow dinner at 6pm and work at 7pm.
EA at Charles F. Frank 760 on Thursday dinner at 6:30pm and work at 7pm. I’ve got parts in both, so I may or may not post between now and Friday as I have to memorize my parts for each.

Now, did you really just read all of that rambling about my day? Wow. I didn’t even have it in me to go back and edit.

When I read this, I get all worried about my baby. Forget that you are an adult. You should be home (not Indy, but your real home), in bed, chicken noodle soup, etc. And, of course, I read all that rambling. I’m your mom. Case closed.

I read it too, but I am bored, lol. Hope you are feeling better, although it is 2 days later now.
