And yesterday was Sherry D.’s birthday; so I gave her a call to call her an old woman. Hehe…too bad I had to leave it as a voice mail. (And the D. is for her middle name as I do know her last name changed.)

Next on the list for being an old woman is Stephie and then Ambi. Hehe; the Fearsome Threesome of old women.

My first test in my communications class is scheduled for Tuesday, October 18th. I need to remember to get my calc book and maybe my diff. eq. book as I need to do some refresher on the ability to integrate and differentiate. I simply haven’t used the skills enough to know how to do it all by hand (not that I ever was all that capable of integrating/differentiating, but I got through…).

And then I need to be intelligent and leave “all” of next weekend planned for sitting at the table and working problems so I’ll be able to do better than everyone else in my class. Of course, I don’t feel like I’m behind my classmates. Most seem to be struggling with it as much as I am; except for those couple of guys…you know the three that will probably end up being design engineers and are really, truly capable of doing the work. Yeah, I’m so not going to be a communications design engineer. Gimme a pre-determined and well known communications channel and equipment so that all I’ll ever need to know is where to plug in my digital signal.

Sigh; anyway, I’ve been thinking about some things lately. Still haven’t decided if I want to post it for the world to see or rather haven’t been able to sit down and write more than a sentence before my thoughts are no longer coherant enough to write something that you can read.

Speaking of being able to read something I write- wow, my handwriting is horrible. But it appears to have stablized as I’m not getting worse or better. You just have to stare at it a while before you can read it…
