I had a good weekend. Went to hang out with Bob I. and Amber on Friday. We had a blast…
Amber and I were absolutely giggly before we even had any sugar or drinks. We then headed out in public…the people at Kroger must’ve thought we were high or drunk, but we were just giggly. It’s been awhile since that’s happened. Anyway, we had a blast and then we went over to see Bob at Lambda Chi Alpha.
They were doing an “80 to freedom” - has to do with two 40 oz. drinks and duct tape…kinda odd if you ask me. But provided some entertainment for the night.
Anyway, then I spent Saturday afternoon with Dr. 7. We went shopping at Sam’s…got some pizza and some other stuff. Then we hung out and watched some random bits of stand up comedy.
Then I went to York Rite meeting (Chapter to be exact) and enjoyed that. Spend a couple of hours hanging out with Marv and chatting about what’s going on and all that good stuff. Hopefully Humboldt 42 will have some degree work that I’ll be able to attend before the end of the year…but he was only partially sure about that as scheduling has been difficult with the EA and everyone else. We’ll see what happens…but with gas at $2.88 a gallon it may make things a little more questionable as to my ability to travel over there for just an evening. We’ll see.
To end the night, Pookie, Dr. 7, and I talked about this, that, and the other until it was 4 in the am. Then Dr. 7 played a song for me on MP3…as soon as he links me to it or sends it to me I’ll put it up here as it was hilarious.
And to end the night I drove home…had to stop about half way as the fog was just a little to bad for me to keep driving in while tired…then I fell asleep for a while and finished the ride home.
And I made food tonight. It was good. Now to clean the apartment.
