Why is it that days take so very long?
And nights go by so very quickly?
Oh, well. It seems with each passing evening I lose track of time a little more…like I just realized it was 10:30pm and I haven’t finished ironing my clothes for tomorrow. But today at work the stint from 3pm to 6pm felt like it took days on end.
Of course, it was better today than Monday and Tuesday. I think in the 16 hours spent at work I did about an hour of anything that was actually accomplishing something. The rest of the time I sorta-kinda read some FDA stuff and used the intranet feeds to read some Slashdot and some various other news sites. It was good reading on occasion.
Anyway, I really enjoy lunch. The group I’m working with now is fun to be around when we can relax and not be concerned about work. Which brings my to my next thought: if I ever own a house and let the grass grow quite this tall and the outside goes this wild please someone come and cover it all with concrete:

Because this is my Division Manager’s yard…

You’re there! Beginning to wonder how many times I would have to check this blog.
Hope your mgr. doesn’t know you have a blog. I’m sure you were covert in taking photos. He probably couldn’t see you in the vegetation. Phoebe would get lost and never return from a trip outside this home.
