Hey, I just decided to check out the info. about the Indiana State Fair and Sugarland is going to be FREE at the fair on Aug. 10. So that’s where I’ll be that evening.
Blaine Larson will be there on Aug. 13, Trick Pony on Aug. 15, Dierks Bently on Aug. 16, and Billy Currington on Aug. 17 Yay for good free concerts! (Free schedule here.)
Anyway, I’m headed over to Iowa this weekend to see Bob S. get hitched, so that’ll be fun.
Work was annoying today. I’m going to have to find an advanced book on how to properly use Microsoft Word because I fought with that program all day today and yesterday. I wish I had the ability to control the look of the document at a much lower form along with the upper level control. It would be really cool if they could somehow implement the ability to change the document using markup language or something. Of course that’d make it very difficult to use as you’d never really know how it was rendering the document to someone else. Oh…I used Frontpage once a long time ago and if I remember correctly there was the ability to use the WYSIWYG interface and a tab that allowed you direct access to the HTML. Hm, someone from Msoft needs to read this and make it happen.
I forgot to mention it yesterday, but I came home from work and water was spraying out of the kitchen again. I called the main office and reported the problem but the woman I spoke to must’ve forgotten to tell someone. I called the emergency line nearly 2 hours after I called the office and left a message. The fix-it guy was there in about 15 minutes or so. Next time I call and have to speak to a human I’m going to get their information so I’ll know exactly who to complain about to the management because that’s just not gonna cut it.
Anyway, back to putting away my dishes.

What specifically are you trying to do with Word? Because there’s alternatives like publisher and stuff… Are you fighting with tables and stuff? or working with graphics? Theres so many neat features buried in there, but I haven’t explored them very much (the table of contents stuff, etc).
Frontpage likes to call what it generates html, but don’t believe it - theres so much extra css and style crap that just makes the pages look exactly like you did it, instead of close enough.
