Ok, Jacob made this comic:

Now, he made that a few days ago when it was “more” true. Today it’s not as true, but close enough. There are plenty of people who are still in that category.
Personally, I’m still questioning some things. Not totally sure what I plan to decide, but for now I still tend to say that Midgley has done a good job and will continue to do so.
As I said to Lissa and Bob S.: There’s only one thing at this point in time that’ll really make me change my mind about Midgley and that’s a conversation with several staff members who feel threatened and have been clearly disrespected. I don’t know any of them at this point in time. I’d like to speak to them to really judge their reactions. I’m still not convinced that the problems are solidly founded.
Someone explained to me that the people in positions like our staff tend to be afraid for their jobs when new administration comes to power. I’m thinking that this sort of thing is to be expected no matter who gets the job.
Some read the situation as a bunch of “titty babies” on aboutmidgley.com…which was funny as I only called the whiney bitches. And to be honest, 90% of the people on there sound like it.
And I still want to smack a particular ex-board of trustees member upside the head for posting people’s (board of trustee members) personal e-mail addresses on there when he had neither reason, nor right to do so. And in case anyone is wondering, I now hold his opinion and concerns about as high as I would hold something you wouldn’t hold at all (i.e. dog crap).
