Well, I went to the school doctor today and found out that I’ve got shingles. Yay! The great part of it is that I’ve had the visible signs for a week, so he said it’s not going to get any worse (this time around). Of course, I can have a relapse or another case, but this time around I’m extremely lucky and didn’t have severe pain or anything, so let’s hope I’m dead before I get another case.
Work today has been lax. We separated some paperwork for my boss, but other than that it appears as if our job is over for the summer. Just gotta move the laptops from storage to the orientation rooms. Kevin, my boss, did the math and at 12.4 lbs. apiece we will be moving 2.883 tons of laptops in 3 hours.
Doesn’t that sounds like fun and the best part is we’re gonna start moving them at 3am. Isn’t that how you want to spend your Labor Day? Why can’t I ever get that day off? It’s been 3 years and I’ve either had to go to school, or work.
