I was at work today and got the following (edited for identifing info.) e-mail:
“I bought a new desktop computer for home and have downloaded VPN. I can connect to the HunkyDory “H” logo — but when I try to connect to ServerABC to update the Internet from home, my password is denied. Is there another setting that I need?”
So now I know why the internet has been slow to update for the past few days. And you also know why my posts are so intermittent. The guy hasn’t been able to login and update the Internet.
I only hope he means that he wants to update a webpage.
But I’ve got no idea what he means by the “H” logo because I don’t know of any of our software that creates such a logo…
