Don’t forget to vote today…if you’re in the US and 18+ of course.
I hope all goes well today and that everyeone remains safe and that election day goes off without too much of a hitch.
I have a strange feeling though that today could be long both because I have a screwy Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) test mid-day and because today determines the next four year’s of the US’s furture.
Anyway, I’m thinking of things for Nanowrimo and I think I’m going to go with a narrated story. Maybe I’ll switch randomly between narrators…hm…we’ll see how things go after next Tuesday when I’ll have a little time to actually sit and think and write.

Waaah, NaNoWriMo! (trying to pronounce that properly) Do good on the story, and on the voting, of course.

Today at CLCR, together we have prayed for our nation and for whomever will be elected. As I stood in line to vote early this morning, I prayed “Let me be wise.” As I read my name, my husband’s name, and Luke’s name on the registration log, I said , “Thank you for allowing me to live in a country where I can vote, and for all those who fought for this freedom.” I can’t help but think about those in other countries, dieing for their cause, because they want the freedom to vote for their leaders.
