Wow…just got my midterm grades, and I’m happy. Anyway, it makes me happy and sad that this is the grade marker for being 1/6 the way through my senior year.
I’m sad because it means I’ll be leaving this place that I’ve come to love and hate (all at the same time) in just a few short months…plus it means I’m going to be getting a 45+hour a week job and get to work for the next 50 or so years with only a week or so a year as a break. Oh, well. We can’t all marry rich. 
And I’m happy because I;ve got damn good grades as of Friday:
ECE 300 Signals & Systems Main = B
ECE 333 Digital Systems Main = A
ECE 342 Intro Electromagnetic Compat Main = C+
ECE 460 Engineering Design I Main = S (Senior design project…they don’t assign a final grade until Senior Symposium in the spring…then they post date the same grade for all three classes.)
Yay! I was afraid I’d have a D in EMC…because on a straight scale my test score was 2 points under a C. So YAY for Jianjian Song being nice to my GPA so far!
